THE FTZ FLATDECK

The FTZ flatdeck trailer is one of most versatile of Horizons units, available in lengths ranging from 20' to up to 40', and with a multitude of customization options. This unit is sure to meet your hauling requirements with tandem 7k, 8k, or 10k super single axles, a tradition 102" wide tandem, and a beautifully treated pine lumber floor, or a rugged Blackwood rubber infused lumber floor. Feel free to add value and functionality to your FTZ with an optional winch mounting plate, side-mount toolbox, and many more choices!

FTZs’ main frame is made up of 12" I-Beam with a 2" x 5" square tubing outer deck frame and 3" C-Channel crossmembers. The main frame comes standard with tough, 14 lb./ft. steel, but it can be upgraded to 16 lb./ft., or 19 lb./ft. steel to perfectly complement your specific hauling opportunity. The gooseneck tongue is equipped standard with a 30k coupler, dual 12k jacks, and a full width toolbox with plenty of storage for chains and tools. This units tail options include a 5' dovetail, facilitated by dual mountain ramps, or a straight deck with standard 8' channel slide-in ramps. Horizon maintains its commitment to quality and safety with DOT approved lights and decals, grade 70 safety chains, an electric breakaway system, and compliance with industry leading regulations and standards. Available in durable powder coating in one of our 10 striking colors.
